About our Online Home Search

Our home search has two main options.  The first is a quick home search option.  This allows people to search for real estate in Minnesota or Western Wisconsin by listing number (also called MLS number), address, city, zip code, and even body of water.

The second home search option is a detailed real estate search.  Start with a basic search based on county/city, address/zip code, school district, or by body of water.  Then select one or more property types: Single family, duplex, commercial, lots/acreage,  condo/townhomes, multi-family, and farm/hobby.  You can also search for properties based on price range, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, year built range, finished square feet, and lot size (acreage).  Our special amenity search allows you to see only homes with a fireplace, family room, garage, waterfront/view, lake front property, or search for homes on a golf course.

As you search for homes, our online home search engine will remember the search you run and the homes you look at.  This makes it easy to run searches over or find a home you liked earlier in your search.  You can also save homes you like in a favorites folder to make them available to search again on your next visit.

For every home listed in our free online home search, you'll find detailed property information.  Some of the basic information included are price, address, school district, list price, county name, city name, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, and property type.  Detailed information includes: home style, year built, age of home, square feet, foundation size, exterior, roofing type, garage size, garage description, heat type, heat source, air conditioning, waterfront type, water, sewer, acres, lot dimension, lot description, total full baths, total 3/4 baths, bathroom description, family room, size of each room, fireplace, pool, annual taxes, monthly association fee, additional remarks, and additional features.

There is an online tool kit available for each property.  The tool kit includes: inquiring about a listing, request a showing online, add to favorites, view/manage favorites, email the listing to a friend, print a brochure for the home, use an online mortgage calculator, and map the location of the home.

Use the online search saver feature to save your search for your next visit.  You can also get daily emails when new homes come on the market matching your search.  You also have the option to see when a listing changes such as a price reduction.
